Description

The CIA and 3DSX downloads should be used on new 3DS systems, the LOW_FREQ downloads should be used on old 3DS.

You will need the original game files in sdmc:/3ds/OpenTitus/moktar for the moktar buids and sdmc:/3ds/OpenTitus/titus for the titus builds.
